Finding a Property
Liv24 is fully trained to assist tenants in finding suitable properties to rent that meet their personal criteria.
We maintain an extensive database of properties available to rent and prospective tenants and their requirements. As properties become available, our first action is to contact the tenants on the database whose requirements match the property. Contact us, to enter your requirements on our database.
Viewing a Property
Having found suitable properties that match your criteria, Liv24 will then arrange for accompanied viewings to be carried out at a mutually convenient time
Having found the property you want, you are required to complete our Tenant Application Form. This is to include all relevant information on you (the Tenant) but it also helps us to know what other requirements you may need, including date of occupancy and duration of letting.
Upon completing a Tenant Application Form an application charge will be required. This fee is non refundable should you not proceed with the tenancy.
Citylife will seek references on behalf of the Landlord. This could include your employer, present or previous landlord and a character reference. A credit check may be sought if the tenant is unable to supply us with satisfactory paperwork/documentation. Where a tenant is unable to meet the required income, the tenant can have a Guarantor agree to pay any rental payments.
Rents are normally based on a calendar month basis. The tenant is normally responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs
A deposit is required prior to occupation. This is usually paid at the time of signing the Agreement. This deposit is held in the Tenants Deposit Scheme.
Upon signing of tenancy agreement
A month’s rental and the deposit are required at the time of signing the agreement.
